Are you looking for a place to achieve your health and wellness goals and develop lifelong physical activity habits? The Emory Fitness Program is here to help! We have the tools to help you develop a healthy, active lifestyle. From Group Fitness Classes, Cardio and Weight areas, Personal Training, and Instructional Classes, you can discover your own path to a healthier you!

Along with our full access fitness center we offer a multitude of options including:

Try a Tri

 The 8th Annual Try A Tri!

Complete a 26.2 mile run, 2.4 mile swim, and 112 mile bike ride in 6 weeks. Prizes for top finishers, snacks and more prizes. Registration opens September 15th.

NEW THIS YEAR: coaching and kick off party. Kick Off Party On September 21st,  6 pm at the SAAC Clairmont Campus Pool.
