Policies & Procedures

  • Appropriate attire and footwear must be worn at all times.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. An adult is at least 18 years old.
  • No animals allowed with the exception of seeing eye dogs or working companion dogs for individuals who have a disability.
  • Bicycles, skateboards, in-line skates or roller-skates are not allowed.
  • The use of abusive or profane language will not be tolerated.
  • Tobacco, drugs and alcohol are prohibited.
  • Failure to observe any general or area specific policies and procedures may result in University or legal sanctions, including loss of membership privileges.
  • Guests are welcome at the Woodruff PE Center (WPEC) under the following guidelines.
    • All guests must be accompanied by a current WPEC member.
    • Cost for a one-visit pass is $10.00.  A 14-visit pass is available for $75.00.  A member may bring a maximum of three guests at one time.  The 14-visit pass is valid until all visits have been used; it does not expire.
    • Guest passes may be purchased at the first floor Equipment Room during regular building hours or at the Member Services Office.
    • The Member Services Office has limited hours, which you can find here:  http://play.emory.edu/facilities/membership.html
    • The WPEC accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Please note, the WPEC does not accept cash.
    • WPEC guests must fill out a liability waiver at the main information desk on the WPEC’s second floor prior to entry.
    • Children aged six years and older must have a guest pass.
