This space, open to all members, provides an Octagon HIT Hub with equipment that encourages the use of body weight such as suspension training, battle ropes, and punching bag, and weighted equipment including Bulgarian bags, medicine balls, and more. Student staff is available during open hours to answer any questions that members may have.
