Personal Training

The personal training program within Fitness Emory is designed to give individuals the attention they need to achieve personal health and fitness goals.  Our number one priority is to give you the motivation and tools to gain success regardless of age, experience or fitness level.

What You Can Expect
At your first session, your trainer will discuss your specific fitness goals with you, such as:

  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Weight reduction
  • Muscle building
  • Sport-specific training
  • General muscle tone and fitness
  • Body sculpting and toning
  • Rehabilitation from injury

Based upon your goals, the trainer will design a training program specifically directed toward your desired results. It takes more than state-of-the-art equipment and a workout program to achieve ambitious outcomes.

Your Certified Personal Trainer will:

  • Motivate you to go beyond just going through the motions
  • Help you develop the motivation to exercise regularly
  • Work with you on every exercise for maximum efficiency and effectiveness

You will get the individual attention you need!


We offer both individual one hour and half hour training sessions

½ hour sessions start at $23/session*

1 hour sessions starting at $40/session*

Get fit with a friend!

Buddy sessions start at $28 per person/session*
